02Drone Façade & Exterior Cleaning
Low-pressure soft-wash removes algae, oxidation, road film and staining. We cover metal panels, ACM, stucco, concrete, stone, siding, canopies, soffits, signage and metal roofs, using a solution matched to each surface.

01Site & building assessment
We walk every elevation and note surfaces, glazing, height, obstructions, airspace and staging areas, then document the existing condition.
02Safety setup & exclusion zone
We place a landing pad, cones and a marked ground perimeter on the working elevation, and move it as the work moves. A spotter watches it at all times.
03Water treatment & cleaning solution
Water is filtered to deionized pure water for glass. For façades we choose a soft-wash solution that suits the surface and the landscaping below.
04Drone cleaning
A tethered drone, fed from the ground, works the building top-down in passes, one section at a time. The pilot and spotter stay on the ground.
05Rinse & finishing
A pure-water rinse removes the solution and loosened grime. Glass dries without spots, with no squeegee lines.
06Final inspection
We check every elevation from the ground and from the drone. Any missed spot is redone on the spot, and you get a full before-and-after photo set within 48 hours.

When a drone isn't the right tool. Deeply recessed glazing, enclosed courtyards with no flight clearance, and detailed hand work such as hard-water etching restoration may still need rope access or a lift. If so, we'll say so in the feasibility assessment, before you spend anything.

How high can you clean?
Our tethered system cleans everything from single-storey dealerships to high-rise hotel and residential towers. The drone is fed from the ground, so flight time isn't limited by an onboard tank. The maximum working height for your building depends on its surroundings and the local airspace, and we confirm it in the free feasibility assessment.
Is drone cleaning safe?
Yes. It's safer than traditional access because nobody works at height. Our Transport Canada certified pilots follow a written flight and safety plan, a spotter watches a marked ground exclusion zone, and we carry $5M liability plus UAV insurance.
Will the windows streak?
No. Glass gets a final rinse with deionized pure water, which has no minerals, so it dries without spots or squeegee lines. Set-in hard-water etching or old mineral stains may improve without clearing completely. If we see that, we'll tell you before we start.
What happens in high winds?
We don't fly. We check wind and gusts at ground level and at height before and during every job. If conditions go past our limits, we pause or reschedule at no cost to you. Rain and low temperatures are handled the same way.
Can you clean balconies and recessed windows?
In most cases, yes. Balcony glass, railings and moderately recessed windows can be cleaned by angling the spray. Deep recesses, covered balconies and glass behind overhangs need a closer look. We'll mark those areas in the assessment and tell you which method works best.
What surfaces can you clean?
Glass and curtain walls, aluminum composite panels (ACM), ribbed and flat metal cladding, stucco and EIFS, concrete, brick, stone veneer, board-and-batten and vinyl siding, metal roofs, skylights, canopies, soffits, fascia and signage. Each surface gets a matched low-pressure soft-wash.
How much does it cost?
Every building is quoted on its own scope: height, glazing, surfaces and access. Proposals have one fixed price with no lift, scaffold or equipment rental added.
We also offer a price-match guarantee. Show us last year's written quote or invoice for the same scope and we'll match it and take 10% off. For 30 days after signing, we'll match any comparable written quote from a licensed, insured provider.
How long does cleaning take?
Setup at each location takes about 15–20 minutes. Most low- and mid-rise commercial buildings, such as dealerships, hotels and offices, are finished in a single day. Larger towers are scheduled over consecutive days, one elevation at a time. Your proposal will include an exact schedule.
Do occupants need to leave?
No. Residents, guests and staff stay inside as normal. We just ask that windows on the working elevation stay closed and that balcony items are brought in. We'll give you a notice template to send out a week ahead, and only the small ground zone under the active work is closed off.
What insurance and licensing do you carry?
We carry $5,000,000 commercial liability insurance and separate UAV (drone) insurance, and our pilots hold Transport Canada pilot certificates. Certificates of insurance and our full Vendor & Safety Package are available on request.
